that’s why we (mostly) are such negatives?

The question is brought to life by this comment habrahabr.ru/blogs/popular_science/59885/#comment_1628726 . The problem is that too often I have to deal with this attitude to life and the scientific and technological process. Why is it easier for a Russian scientist / engineer to spit on wikipedia instead of going and fixing information? And, after all, not only with wikipedia like that. Many non-trivial endeavors meet with a fierce intellectual attack from experts. It’s just that monstrous intellectual forces are being spent by the domestic scientific and technical community to prove why something will not work, and not to figure out how to bring the idea to life. Well ... Or at least adjust wikipedia. So why are we like that?
