Usability and Communication (at the conference "PR on the Internet")

    Today (05/13/09) Artyom Berger and I spoke at a small conference “PR on the Internet” with a report on “Usability and Communications”, seeing the symmetry between PR communications (Company-Market) and improving interaction (Product-Consumer): Product - derivative Companies, Consumer - Market Representative.

    In the report, we also revealed a little the concept of “Involvement-Concentration-Action” that was emerging in our company, which was illustrated by the results of the eye-tracking study, which had just ended, aimed at finding mechanisms to control the user's attention.
