Last about TUT.BY

For the third and I hope the last review of illogical elements in the interface of the TUT.BY website, I left the most mysterious for me.

Even the fact that the Voting section has long been engaged only in polls and the editors still have not decided to replace the name, can be explained. They overlooked or the provider refused to maintain the interface, there are many reasons for this. But there are things that are inexplicable to me.

First, the BE link at the top of the page. Probably a link to something related to Belgium? To indicate the Belarusian version always use BEL. Unfortunately, the Belarusian version of the site is actually just the Belarusian interface of the main page. When you go to any section, the interface automatically switches to Russian. The materials in the Belarusian version are again Russian-language. What moved the authors of this version of the site is unclear.

Second, the link with the number of visits 'for yesterday' is located next to the Advertising link, by which you expect to see something related to the number of visits, perhaps monthly traffic or hourly traffic, at least something related to traffic. Instead, two adjacent links lead to the same page of online advertising.

The third link is the most mysterious. At the bottom of the page is legal information from which it is possible to find out that the site belongs to the UE “Trusted Programs”, provides a link to the site of the Center for Electronic Business, although the site of the Trusted Programs company is located at relsoft.by and can be found on the network. Why were the creators of the site afraid to put a link to their site? The riddle.
