The official who proposed to ban social networks during working hours leaves personal comments on Facebook during work

The Public Chamber (OP), as previously reported at Geektimes, has proposed banning Russian citizens from chatting on social networks during working hours. The corresponding proposal, the chairman of the OP Russia Commission on social policy, labor relations and the quality of life of citizens, Vladimir Slepak, was sent to Deputy Prime Minister Olga Golodets.

The official believes that “the concept of labor discipline is taken very conditionally”, and employees of domestic companies often spend working time communicating on social networks, instant messengers, and play games. As it turned out, Vladimir Slepak himself does not always observe labor discipline. LiveJournal editors discoveredseveral statesman comments on Facebook left during office hours. The comments themselves were not entirely working.

Comment left at 9:35, although the Public Chamber starts working at 9:00. The nature of the commentary is clearly not business.

In addition, Slepak posted information from the Rossiyskaya Gazeta to his Facebook account during working hours. A little later, he posted a link to the clip of the famous singer.

On January 12, two entries appeared in the official’s account at 17:34 and 17:58, that is, until the end of the working day.

Let me remind you that in his interview with TASS, Vladimir Slepak expressedfollowing opinion: “There is no doubt that labor discipline and the performance of exclusively official duties during working hours are a guarantee of the effectiveness and efficiency of any organization. We all must realize that Russia's exit from the crisis depends on each of us, on our attitude to creative work. ”
