
Dell XPS 13 ultrabook video review
Dell XPS 13 - productive and stylish ultrabooks, a key feature of which is a touch-screen display with a diagonal of 13.3 inches and a resolution of 3200x1800 (IPS, IGZO, glossy). Also on sale are models with a FullHD display. The laptop case is made of aluminum, and the area around the keyboard is carbon fiber. Ultrabooks work on Intel Core i5 or i7 (Skylake) processors, and the amount of RAM is from 8 to 16 GB (DDR3L, dual-channel mode, soldered to the motherboard). For data storage, M.2 SSDs up to 1 TB are used. Thanks to the 52 Wh battery, the laptop is able to work up to 10 hours in a gentle mode and in the region of 7-8 hours under normal load. Other features include the Thunderbolt 3 port.
The Thunderbolt 3 connector supports the following functions: power and charging, PowerShare technology, Thunderbolt 3 technology (data transfer in both directions at a speed of 40 Gbit / s), USB 3.1 interface of the second generation (10 Gbit / s), built-in video output interface DisplayPort 1.2, and also VGA, HDMI, Ethernet and USB-A interfaces via Dell adapter (sold separately)
