The woman left the scene of the accident, but the cops recognized everything thanks to the car's security system

In Florida, there was an unusual incident involving a 57-year-old resident of the state named Cathy Bernstein. The woman ended up behind bars after she, driving her Ford, hit someone else's truck with a van and left the scene of an accident, having received minor injuries herself and not having waited for the police. Probably, considering that everything worked out well for her, after a while she received a call from the police asking about the accident, but Mrs. Bernstein did not find anything better than to lie to the officer, saying that she had nothing to do with the accident.

However, the police had iron arguments. Immediately after the accident, Mrs. Bernstein’s car security system automatically called 911 and thus the police immediately had all the necessary information — the model of the car, the time and place of the incident. The problem was compounded by the fact that the victim of the accident - Anna Preston (Anna Preston) - was taken to the hospital and also lost Christmas gifts that were in the van. As a result, since Mrs. Bernstein not only left the scene of the accident, she also lied to the police, she received serious problems with the law. Did she know that in her car an automatic accident notification system was installed by number 911 remained unknown.

Technical Service 911 Assistin Ford cars it works in such a way that when the airbags are triggered or hit, the system will call the dispatcher on 911 through the driver’s telephone connected to the car via Bluetooth. The robot will inform the operator of the basic information about the problem - the speed at impact, its direction, whether the car will capsize or not, whether the passengers were fastened, time and geographical coordinates - and will enable the driver to tell the dispatcher something on his own. What exactly went wrong in the case of Mrs. Bernstein is still not exactly known.
