Ministry of Industry and Trade has published lists of manufacturers who will receive state subsidies for the development of electronics

In late September, the Ministry of Industry and Trade published two lists of organizations that will receive state support for the development of electrical equipment. The relevant protocols were posted on the official website of the department.
Conventionally, the lists can be divided into manufacturers of "thin" electronics and hardware computing systems and manufacturers whose products will ensure the development of infrastructure and the creation of telecommunication equipment.
The amount of subsidies for 2016 for 46 approved out of 54 submitted applications under the first protocol of September 26 (telecommunications) and 27 approved out of 29 submitted applications under the second protocol of September 27 (computing) will amount to 30 billion rubles.
By the end of 2025, the government plans to spend 173.9 billion rubles on the development of the industry.
Of this amount, 42.8 billion rubles are planned to be spent on the development of the telecommunications industry, and the remaining 131.1 billion - on the development of the production of computer technology, Vedomosti reports .
Here are some of the items on the list of the “telecommunications” protocol that will receive subsidies for 2016:
Organization | name of the project | The amount of subsidies in the growth. rubles |
OJSC Infotex | Development and production of a complex of information protection tools for industrial networks and the industrial Internet | 92 698 114 |
LLC "T8 STC" | Development of a DWDM equipment complex for import substitution of fiber-optic data transmission systems with spectral channel multiplexing for use in new generation optical transport networks | 150,000,000 |
LLC "T8 STC" | Optical components of AWG, VMux, EDFA and other products for high-speed communication systems | 200,000,000 |
LLC "T8 SENSOR" | Development of an import-substituting system for the protection and monitoring of telecommunications infrastructure based on telecommunication optical fiber | 120 million |
T8 LLC | Development of industrial technology and a set of devices for import substitution of optoelectronic high-speed devices | 200,000,000 |
The largest number of expensive applications were placed by T8 STC LLC and T8 LLC. In turn, the appetites of the defense industry represented by Voentelecom JSC are much more modest: the most expensive application from this manufacturer and army-oriented service operator was “just” a little over 12 million rubles.
The full list can be found in the official protocol of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of September 26.
But the most expensive in terms of subsidies projects for the development of computer technology:
Organization | name of the project | The amount of subsidies in the growth. rubles |
Craftway Corporation PLC | Development and organization of serial production of a microcontroller microchip of a solid-state information carrier and a line of trusted TNI | 135,000,000 |
Craftway Corporation PLC | Development and organization of mass production of trusted storage systems | 146 million |
JSC "MCST" | Development and organization of mass production of a microprocessor with Elbrus architecture with topological standards of 16 nm, designed for personal computers and single-processor workstations | 394 891 241 |
JSC "MCST" | Development and organization of serial production of an economical microprocessor with Elbrus architecture with topological standards of 16 nm, designed for embedded and mobile systems | 395 004 395 |
JSC "BAIKAL ELECTRONICS" | Development and implementation of a domestic energy-efficient microprocessor for personal computing | 399 988 426 |
Expectedly the most expensive applications are from developers and manufacturers of microprocessors. Other projects are somewhat more modest, but still the cost of some reaches 90-120 million rubles.
The full list can be found in the official protocol of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of September 26.
Recall that the above subsidies are allocated only for 2016 .
Thanks to such powerful material support, the Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to reduce the share of imports in the telecommunications industry by 2020 to 88%, and by 2025 - to 70%.
Things are much worse in the field of computer technology. Now the share of imports is close to 100%. According to the plan of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, total subsidies in the amount of 131.1 billion rubles over the next 10 years will make it possible to reduce the share of imports to 97.6% by 2020, and to 93.3% by 2025. Moreover, in the approved application for this year there is not a single manufacturer of RAM or any other type of memory.
Manufacturers believe that the government took a unique step in supporting the production of commercial products instead of traditionally supporting scientific research and development for the defense sector. In the future, Russian developments are also considered as products capable of satisfying the demand of providers and telecom operators for equipment to comply with the standards of the anti-terrorism package of laws “Spring-Ozerov” .
